My roots are intertwined with the history of my people, a history of struggle and triumph. Through my steps on the catwalk, I break barriers and challenge conventional beauty standards. Every time I walk down the street, I feel the gazes that fall on me, some full of admiration and others of judgment. But I never let that stop me. I know who I am and where I come from, and that is enough for me.
